Three ways I help you succeed in the Czech market.

01

Market Entry & Business Development

Before committing to a market, you need to know whether and how to enter it. I assess the opportunity, shape the entry strategy and open the first doors — so your expansion is based on the ground reality, not assumptions. I have built commercial operations from scratch in demanding markets across three continents.

  • Market assessment and entry strategy for the Czech Republic and CEE.
  • Business development — first clients, partners and commercial relationships.
  • Local development sourcing — finding local suppliers, partners and capacity.

02

Local Representation & Interim Management

You may not need a legal entity yet — but you need someone the market takes seriously, and someone headquarters can trust. I represent your company on the ground and, where needed, step in as an interim manager to lead sales or operations through expansion or transition. Engaged as a contractor, working hybrid.

  • Local representation — acting as your company’s presence and point of contact in the region.
  • Interim management — leading a sales or operations team during a gap, expansion or transition.
  • The bridge between headquarters and the local market — aligning strategy with execution.

03

Project Delivery in CEE

When you have a project to deliver in the region, I run it — or I join your international team as a project manager. I work according to the PRINCE2 methodology, with a clearly defined scope, milestones, risk management and regular reporting. My track record includes a TIER III data centre and technology deliveries worth hundreds of millions of Czech koruna.

  • End-to-end management of your project in the Czech Republic or CEE.
  • Joining your international project team as a PRINCE2 project manager.
  • Supplier coordination, risk management, quality oversight, reporting to headquarters.

Let’s talk about your move into the region.
